Nice place to take a dip when it is scorching hot - not during rainy season! The waterfall park is very well maintained; the facilities rather complete. There are also chalets and designated camping grounds for vacationers who wish to spend the night, for a fee.

The place is accessible by car. Secluded in the vicinity of the village. Good clear fresh running river from the waterfall. It was closed to the public during my visit due to the covid pandemic.

I love how the nature has given this place a beautiful river for us to go swimming and have fun. we take the opportunity we have to take as much as picture we can because there's no end to the fun we had that time. we went to the farthest area of the river because it's deep and you can jump and do front flip safely. there are multiple areas for swimming and front-flipping.

The first 1km has signs “Kaws. Sg picnic. Ulu Chepor”, 1km further, you’ll find paved village roads to the picnic area. The area has been developed with many amenities such as wooden chalets, chalets, rocks, a hall, campsites, toilets and a copy shop, restaurant, ground wire, parking and rest huts along most of the rapids for a picnic. Ulu Chepor Picnic Area has been commercialized and maintained by the Ipoh City Council. Many of the facilities available at Ulu Chepor Picnic Area, such as toilets, prayer rooms, shops selling food and small huts for shelter for visitors. The paths to this area are also in good condition. Ulu Chepor Picnic Area is a densely populated location in this area with people who have come for a rest or picnic. Apart from locals, the area is also becoming popular among foreign tourists. The condition of clean river water, waterfalls, and large rocks plus the shady and quiet atmosphere make the river suitable for Ulu Chepor family leisure activities. It is a popular recreational place to relax, have a picnic, or do camping and trekking. The recreational park also has basic chalets for those wishing to stay and explore the jungles of the area.

The place is beautiful. This has a stream along path the way. People can go there for camping and bbq. The ticket enter is 3rm/car.

It very good and beautiful places.. fresh air for people to run from a rushing town want to release tension..I recommend to u a cheap motel rm80 very large accommodate about 15 person..and one more thing I want to warn u about is the people their called kepala air..u all must watch out... after that seat back and relax.. security I gave 4star..

Attention Please. Since Mco or PKP, Ulu Chepor Recreation Park whatever you love to call it had been closed until further notice. IF YOU ARRIVED THERE,, DON'T PANIC.. you has option with Kledang Siong Rainforest just close 1.5km from Ulu Chepor Park. Please noted that the facility is had follow SOP also close by 4.30 everyday.
