Wonderful place. The beach is with white sand and clear water. Paradise! There are also some huts where you can find some beverages, food (basic like chips or packaged noodles) and shadow. In the bay you can see the turtles (better go with a local boat and squids to attract the turtles)

A must visit beach for turtle lovers. You can only travel by boat. Water taxis are available from long beach. But there’s also a forest trek from long beach which takes an hour to reach. Locals can direct you. There are small shops at the shore open only till evening.

Did an island hopping trip with Aboat Time and this was one of the stops. We snorkelled right off the boat in the bay and were immediately circled by several huge and curious turtles. They continued to swim around us for the whole duration of our stay. The water was super clear too!

Turtle's beach is not overcrowded like long beach, even at it's peek I haven't seen more than a several dozens of people, vast majority of whom are locals, on the about 400m long stretch of the beach. As you would guess based on it's name, you can see turtles over here. Small boats in 2-5 batches are coming from all over the resorts located around the island to lure turtles by small fishes and squids from the bottom of the sea all day long. It's a good opportunity to swim only about 50-100m off the shore to join those people swimming with turtles. Depending on your swimming skills, or lack of that, you may consider renting a snorkeling mask, life jacket or even fins right on the beach for about RM25-30 per day per whole set. There are small bamboo stalls selling fresh coconut and canned beverages, in the evening you may also purchase fresh grilled corn for only RM3 a piece. I would highly recommend to take better care of the cleanliness in general and do some housekeeping on the whole stretch of the beach as there's so much trash below the trees in the bushes, despite the fact that there is at least one big dustbin provided. Though, we had no problem walking over to the dustbin, apparently people are lazy to walk from the corners of the beach to the middle where the dustbin located so please consider providing more dustbins to those and remove the already piled up trash to maintain the condition of this beautiful place.
