Founded around 1887, the Tseng Lung hui-kuan is the association of people from Tsengch'eng and Lungmen counties of Kuang-chou prefecture in South China. Upon entering the main door, there is a wood panel extending from the floor to the ceiling, probably for notices to association members. Behind it is a courtyard and beside this is the dining area for members/guests. This floor layout is similar to the Cantonese Shùndé Huìguǎn 顺德會館 (Persatuan Shun Tak) along Jalan Kota, Taiping.
