Probably founded in 1895. Also known as Persatuan Soon Tak or Shunde Clan Association. This is a clan association for the Chinese immigrants coming from Shunte county, Guangzhou prefecture of Guangdong province, China. This is one of several Cantonese clan associations in northern Malaya, whose purpose is to assist the newly arrived find employment. The ground floor layout is similar to Hakka Tsen Loong Association (增龙会馆) along Jalan Pasar, Taiping.
