After just joined n worked for 4 days, they terminated our contract. My batch of 30 people was terminated because of downsizing the company due to lack of customer contact. Hired many people at the same time then simply terminate us. Talk about the management is very poor. Although they working under the same company, they didn't have any agreement among them.
