I wanted to give No Star! The longest immigration line I've ever queue in my whole life, really horrible. I wish I don't have to fly to KLIA. Unless u are malaysian passport or got apec card, surely during the bad day can get u 1 Hour in this line. Can u imagine Mr/Ms.officers from KLIA immigration office? After long flight, we travellers have to stand wait for this bad management. Not good impression to MALAYSIA at all. I will post this to all location in KL for sure, unless something change.

Immigration in malaysia klia2 airport is sucks i am sure i am not the only one who complain, but no matter how many people complain, they never try to improve their services so many people queeing but they not concern to open more counters so many counters close, many people miss their flight, staff not try to move faster We need to wait 1.5-2 hours just to pass immigration

The longest immigration line I've ever queue in my whole life, really horrible! Super long queue and not all counters are open. The officers work so slow and rude. Needed 1 hour to queue and ended up miss our plane! A lot of people cutting the line and of course a lot of them missed their flights. HORRIBLE!!!

What the f..k they are thinking. I went to immigration counter for asking a doubt regarding a transit Visa for going outside . The lady shouted on me, I don't know what's happening. Please put staff with good manners. Malaysian international airport...for me this is the last time I will not use any flight through Malaysia.

Worst ever experience in an airport of all countries ever visited... Me and my family almost missed the flight, that's including asking for permission to each passengers in line, if not, we would missed it. It took more than 1 hour to queue for immigration (This should be put on a WARNING, who could have expected this). Waited in a line with around 60 people, with 4 counters, there were only 1 counter opened, while they opened again another counter, the immigration office was very slow and chatting with another without even have the slightest care of what happened in the line.

The absolute worst system I have ever seen! Their lack of efficiency is appaling!! Anyone with eyes and brains can see that simple changes will make the lines move faster, however, they don't care to improve, nor do they care about the people passing through. The employees are rude and condescending. There is no line/queue for pregnant/disabled/parent-with-child. I have been through multiple times, holding my 1-year-old while waiting an hour--yes, a whole hour, just to pass through! There are lower economic countries with better systems!! This airport immigration checkpoint is embarrassing! This might be the first impression of Malaysia for most visitors and it is so pathetic!

I was going to Indonesia from KLIA2 last week. The immigration officer lady was really rude. She didn't say a word, only gave me some gestures with disgusted expression. Why they are always rude? Is it because I am an Indonesian? Is it because I was taking low cost airplane? Immigration officers in KLIA are nicer. Malaysian immigration officers are the worst... compared to any other countries in Asia imho. Been there couple times. Same rude people. Disappointing.
