This was the second time I renew my passport here. As usual, it was so crowded on weekend and I reached here at 6.40am. The officer distributed the queuing number at 7.30am and I got number of 59. Before proceed to the counter, the officer would check the documents and make sure you are entitled to process the passport renewal. For passport renewal, the documents needed are passport and IC. Waited until 9.30am I was called. I only spent about 5 minutes to complete the procedure of ID verification, thumb print scan and passport photo shoot. 20 minutes later I was called to make payment and after another 15 minutes I get my new passport. So everything done at about 10.20am. Try to avoid coming on weekend if possible but if you have to try to come as earliest as 6am. Anyway, I was quite impressed with the immigration officer efficiency.

Came here in the 8/9 ( Tuesday Afternoon at 2pm, there was no one else around so manage to renew and collect my passport within 40minutes. Efficient. No cash ( not sure weather it includes the elderly/those without card) , but the guy mention only accepting debit and credit for payment

Satisfied overall. Reach Friday around 8am. Queued up to take number and form. Wait to take photo. Wait again for payment. Then wait again for collection. All done by 11am. Friendly and smiling officers and even the mr security guard is very helpful. Great!

Just renew my passport this morning(23-10-2018),arrive at the office about 6.30am,there are no one else eccept four of us.Finish all the process only took about 1.10 for four of us,very good job and good officer,highly recommend this branch!!!

Alhamdulilah, I got my passport within an hour! Came here at 7.50am & got my renewal passport at 8.50am. This is extremely super fast. Btw, I am privileged as a Senior Citizen which made it smoother. Thank you to all the lovely staff in this Jabatan Imigresen in Kajang.

We went around 8.30am and finished at 10.30am.. took passport for 4 people. Quite fast n good service.

I went in the morning at 7.30am to renew my passport. They will give you the number and wait till 8.00am for the payment counter to open. Wait until your number is called. After payment, wait again for the preparation of your passport. It took about 1.5 hours to get your passport. Indeed they could easily improve their efficiency within an hour.

Visited on 29/8/19, Thursday morning. Arrived around 7.45am, and received my new passport around 9.45am. Settled within two hours, this is way better than my first time renewal, which took around 3.5 - 4 hours. (5 years ago)
