Most terrible airbnb operator I've been experiencing. Nightmare...... pushing responsibility non stop. Promise best service end up your unit will be left unattended. Seriously nightmare. I won't be engaged to any airbnb operator anymore. Waste time.

The apartment is superb 1) check in and communications was a breeze. They will help you fast with speedy respond if you need anything! 2) the apartment is trendy and super spacious. Extra clean. Beautiful lobby. Well kept. 3) the facilities of the apartment is great. Complete kitchen and washing machine 4) nice balcony with partial view of klcc 5) the guards and staff were helpful and friendly. 6) location is close to most things in kl The only thing that would have made it more perfect (but no fault to owner of home) is the construction around the property. While you could technically walk to klcc and avenue k, the constructions around the area might not make it a comfortable one. Would definitely stay again!!! My kids loved our stay so much! Thanks for your hospitality.

The apartment was only provided with one security card when there were six of us occupying a 3 bedroom apartment. There were no ladles provided, only 5 plates, the tv did not work, only 5 channels of which only one was clear. Bathrooms were not clean. When the property management guy was advised, he said he would fix it within the hour, it’s well past midnight now and no one has turned up at the apartment. Their brochure says the provide “staples” and coffee and tea. Nothing was provided !!!! This is the worst experience we have had in Malaysia.

This unit hosted by Plush is superbly nice and comfortable. Really really comfortable. Its baby/toddler friendly too. How i wish i could have a unit like this of my own :) Centrally located nearby KLCC and Bukit Bintang for shopping. Also nearby to Kampung Baru. Good food here in Kampung Baru. Plush team are the best host. Quick response, easy dealing with, very polite. Definitely will come and stay again in this unit with the best host in town. Tq again . And i love it
