The process to renew Malaysia passport is improved again compare to 5 years ago. 1) Simply bring old passport and IC. 2) Get queue number from Counter 1. 3) At submission counter, the officer will fill in survey form in the computer and snap digital head photo. No more filling paper form! 4) Pay RM200 at payment counter. 5) Wait for 1 hour to collect the new passport. That means, we can renew passport within 2 hours.

Fast service for renewing and getting a new passport. You can get your passport after one hour, after completing the payment of course. Limited parking spaces but it is not a problem. You can always use Grabcar. Quite convenient since you don't actually have to go to big cities to get your passport done.

Overall is improved. 2hours can get everything done. Be prepare to be as early as you can. Thumbs up for all the staffs

If you're replacing IC, it can be done within an hour. That's a record for me. Only con is not enough parking spaces.

Disappointing customer service by staff at number's counter 26 nov 2018. I telling him i lost my passport and want to apply for a new one. He supposed to help me, but he chose to mocking me. He said to me "Duit hilang tak?" along with his arrogant face. After that he give number and telling me to come again after 2pm, i come at 10.30am. I go there to seeking help, not to be your insults victim. If you want to work at front counter then you should learn how to speak with manners. I go to putrajaya to make my passport just because i cannot accept that staff attitude.

Servis terburuk, perlahan walaupun tidak ramai orang. Tiada standard, kaunter yang berlainan perlu dokumen yang berlainan semasa memohon visa.

Hari khamis tutup jam 3.30 ptg tp bila datang jam 2ptg dah x boleh berurusan..pegawai kaunter no 1 suruh pergi ke imigresen negeri lain klu nak cepat.. Sungguh mengecewakan!!!!
