I have stayed there with my cousin. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The Toilets are small but clean and working properly. Typical Units includes three fully furnished rooms. One of the rooms comes with attached toilet. There is another common toilet. Fridge is also included. So is the dining table and chairs. Room rent plus Utility costs may add up to RM 1200 to RM 1400, based on consumption. They have swimming pool, vending machines and convenient store inside the compound. Residents get car parking facilities Cheap, safe and comfortable.
Environment is good. Nice place. But the managment and security service should be improve.Grab unable to go insidewe willing to pay but we need service. We willing pay and wait for long time to get the parking card. But the security show the face like we do somethings wrong and feeling like not willing to go allow us go inside.
It has moderate level of security guard, many level of parking lot, a pool, 3 working operate lift, has a mussola for muslim to pray and you also can see the whole city of serdang.
Although it is comfortable. It has a very bad management. Makes you feel like trapped inside the building. They will try to extort your money anyway they can.
Pretty good place if you're looking for a calm and safe place to live. Good for students, groups, and families.
The place is comfortable but if you have a car. You need to pay the parking card. Its normal. Then. If you want to use the lift. You need to have another card. Total. Price approx is 8080160. Each of your tenant need to have access card if not then one of the rude staff always ask u for it. That tall with senget mouth. Just dunn9 how to describe him well. Overall juz ok.
