Great for low gear corner practice. Even better if you have dirtbikes or lower cc ones. This place offers go-kart sessions. Also available for cars. Situated near the exit of the expressway (Ayer Keroh). Nearby important amenities such as petrol station, lodging. Just don't push your vehicles to the limit because this track is small.

Great for starter, beginner in race course. The track abit rough though...

Track is small and tight. Needs maintenance and Price structure need flexibility to attract more people. But only alternative to the closed Johor Circuit if you don't want to go to Sepang.
