They dont even answer me when i asked for theit help on a puppy stray

Why no one bother to answer, I’m trying to reach them for over 2 months. A dog is being abused so badly here .
Everything is ok, but make sure you call first before you want to go there
Came to fetch a cat. About half an hour called but just a little indian boy came out with 3 to 4 fierce dog. Impossible someone inside do not know i'm calling them out
I had the same unfortunate experience as Valerie Antonia. The goddamn lady who answered the phone is VERY rude. I have phoned twice, and TWICE she has been really rude. She had the audacity to scold me when all I needed was some guidance! SOME GUIDANCE. I wasn't even asking for them to take in an injured stray that I found, I just wanted verbal guidance as to how to care for it and which vets should I bring it to etc. When I told her that I'm not from Ipoh, and that I brought it to Dr X's vet, she scolded me for not bringing the stray to ISPCA and implied that I'm stupid. Hello, I'm not from Ipoh, what do you expect? The dog was injured and needed immediate medical attention, I'd bring it to the vet's because the first time I phoned you, you said that you can't help! So obviously I'm going to a vet's since you said you can't help, and now you're berating me for it? Other than that, she told me to go and die and euthanize the stray because the dog is as good as dead. Look, I don't mind if you tell me to go and die, but you wanted me to euthanize the stray for the sake of an alleged ridiculous feud between you and DR X?What kind of animal loving place says that? After that, when I provided feedback on the Facebook page, not only did they NOT take action, but they attempted to cover it up by disabling the reviews section. That lady is clearly not up to customer service, either you EVACUATE her to other departments, or you FIRE her. There have been so many cases that have been hushed up, and from what I know, they are all centred around this lady. Guys if you want to get some decent advice, try other shelters such as Second Chances or Noah's Ark. They've provided me with so much useful information and they did not tell me to euthanize the dog because of some silly feud. Kudos to SPCA Selangor for providing information on adoption as well. ISPCA I hope you can change your customer service. We are all dog lovers and showing some tact wouldn't hurt.

I called SPCA last week saying that there is s dog ..and it needs to be rescued . and the worst part is the person who answered the phone was so rude ..
