A group of friends and I went to volunteer here for a week, and it became a very memorable experience. The staff were very friendly as well as generous, and took good care of us whilst we were there. Their system is well organised with taking good care of all the dogs and cats. The dogs were energetic, fun and wonderful to walk and play with, would recommend volunteering even if only from 10am-12pm

I’ve got so much heart for LASSie and what they are doing for the stays in Langkawi. If you’re ever in the area (even for a short vacation) please do visit them. You can volunteer in the morning, walk dogs, feed the kitties and play with the animals. We came down with both cat and dog food and though we came when they were closing, we were still welcomed in to see the animals. It was a wonderful experience.

Went here for 2 mornings to help out walking all of the lovely dogs and puppies. They take in all of the dumped and stray dogs and cats and always welcome volunteers between 10am to 12pm to help out.. They do a fantastic job with these unwanted dogs and cats..its worth paying them a visit if you are in the area and also you can visit the Bon Ton restaurant behind the shelter which is gorgeous and the proceeds go towards helping the animals

Very well run and very caring people. The animals are kept in spotless cages and are well fed and exercised. Well worth the effort to ho and walk the dogs but get there before 10am
