For a medium level hotel, this definitely should be your choice. I have no problem living in here during my outstation period in Labuan. It has great access to places in the city. The employees are all welcoming. The only downside is probably the low coverage of wifi.

Its good for money for this hotel but they did not properly clean the room. Still have a lot of dust and dirt especially at the backdoor.. Shower cap also have dirt.

The tv is placed too far away from bed. The hot mode of water heater for shower is not that hot. The door is a bit hard to open/close.

Total run down hotel .. no hot water and no clean bed sheets.. reception just give excuses.. this and that.. housekeeping no response.. better other nearby hotels more cheaper wither better service.. never go this hotel again..

Room at 4th floor was newly renovated. Nice room especially with the town view.
