They advertise Kuala Lumour for 38 Rm, which I thought was a good deal. The stated departure time was 10:30 and I asked how long the journey was, the reply was 5 hours. Actually the coach itself picked us up to take us to the main bus station, it's usually a mini bus. That's where things started to go wrong. We waited for an hour at the main bus station for no apparent reason. I think the real departure time was 12 noon which is when we left. We got as far as the Shell station close to the bus station and then we waited again. A couple of people went downstairs to ask what the delay was. Apparently, there was aa problem with their fuel card so that's why 2 other Billion stars coaches waiting there too. We left eventually at 1pm and arrived in KL at 6pm. They do offer drop off at KL Sentral and the main bus station at TBS. I got off at KL Sentral. They moved all the luggage futher inside the luggage hold and it was impossible to get out on your own. We had to ask a bus company employee to help us get our luggage out. You may want to go to the main bus station in Penang and buy a ticket there which would avoid the 1 hour wait.

Took 8.30am bus from Shah alam the bus moved at right time. The next stop is to Tbs. Normally the bus will wait at TBS 1 hour. Today the bus waited at TBS for 3 hours and more. Tool 8.30am bus to reach the destination early. But what happened I'm late to my destination. Waiting for other passengers and so on but they just changing bus. Everytime have to wait for so long. Even in Sungai Nibong I have experienced the same.

The worst express bus ever in Malaysia. Their license should have been revoked from operating. Transit at kl 2 hours just for picking more passenger..wasting time

So disappointed with this bus service. Totally not recommended. We bought online tickets from TBS to Larkin few days earlier. 10am. Bus just left earlier before that. We called customer service. That chinese guy talked ill mannered. We are with kids. We Asked for take 10.30am bus for service recovery. But he said beli tiket baru la. Then hang up the call. Ridiculous

The bus manager who was tasked to combine bus passenger from different time tried to slap me because I reprimanded him for not following SOP. MALAYSIA BOLEH! He says this is Malaysian Law, kejap boleh kejap tak boleh . Don't take this bus if you want to get Covid!

My trip to Jb from TBS is a mess. Bought ticket on 12 45 pm but the bus is combine with other trip and took off at 2.00pm..i was in rush for emergency to go back my hometown and thanks a lot.. You guys are the 'best'.. Seat is double and very messy inside the bus.. Please update the trip according to your bus and please do not combine the trip.if u didnt have the bus please inform so that we can buy other bus. . Please improve.. Tq.

worst experiences ever. the bus supposed to depart at 8.00 am from penang sentral to malacca but ended up departing at 10.00 am as they keep waiting for new passanger. then just after stoping at ipon for more passenger , i start to notice strong smell of petrol. the bus was then put to stop and we waited for hour for the bus driver to rectify the problem.

Buses are much improved. Thanks for the operation during this pandemic. From what i notice the sanitation of this company are pretty up to standard.
