Kindly improve your customer service. I called to ask a question about your bus service and could hear the operator and his colleague badmouthing. I regret that you lack the necessary sensitivity that may reflect on your company's image.

1. Late about 45 minutes. 2. The passengers do not sit at their seat. Then, the driver ask me to sit at the empty seat... Uh nooo... I've paid for the single seat.. Then, why I must share.... 3. Please look forward for these problems... Not everybody can tolerates of this matters.

Delay about 15 minit but still acceptable... But didn't told the passengers about they will reach to island before the penang sentral station...if they told passenger, maybe i will consider to buy others ticket... Usually from tbs to Butterworth only need about 4-5 hours if not traffic jam, but i arrived Butterworth near 6 hours even didn't any traffic jam!!! It totally spoil my mood

The worst bus ever. Took 8hours from KL to Bworth. Driver stop twice in RnR to smoke for 30-40mins, driving into unknown places instead of highway , and even drive 1 passenger back to her own house in Parit Buntar. Never ever going to buy this again.

Had a very unpleasant experience traveling by KPB bus with registered plate num PNU7815, firstly there were no KPB bus station as mentioned in the ticket so waited nearby road with unsure whether bus will arrive to the location. Delay depart, My departure is at 1pm but bus arrived at 1.20pm, then there was so many stops in between which is parit buntar, bagan serai and ipoh. The journey from Penang to Kuala Lumpur took 7 hours instead of 4-5hours.
