Whoever who was on the call with me earlier was extremely rude! NEVER EXPECTED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. In response to your reply below: "i usually will be straight forward A: Hello morning B : morning, what costume are you looking for?" This is not what I got when I called. This is what happened: ME: "Hi, good morning, is this Eternal Costume?" The response I got from the call was: "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" ME: "Sorry, is this Eternal Costume?" Eternal Costume: "YAH, WHAT DO YOU WANT?" APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Update: November 2019 I’m back here again! There’s so much more selections now. One thing I’ll always love about here is that they operate by appointments only so it’s a one-on-one session for test fitting and consultation. It was nice of them to allow me to drop by at night after work and also during weekend. The costumes are hands down one of the best I’ve worn, the quality is superb and it’s so affordable. Take a look at this hanfu, it’s gorgeous and comfortable. Mind you I’m size XXL and there was something for me! Will be back again!! July 2018: Very friendly and professional owner! Very recommended to get your costumes rented from here especially during Bon Odori. Absolutely love my yukata that I rented for 2018. Will come back here again!
