Customer service is fkin terrible. Before making any payment the staff will serve you like a “customer”, but once payment is done, they don’t even bother to entertain & provide help for any inquiries we asked. They will just point you to MyDigi apps (keep saying all answer will be in there) So what is the point of hiring such employees? Better off just set up kiosk in the store with no employees. Really bad service
