Updated review: my first visit after their long awaited refurbishment. I was very impressed with their layout and design. Service is too notch as always. Best you have plenty of food to eat while waiting for your car to be serviced. My only downside is the wait was too long as the person in charge wasn’t able to attend to me and no one able to tell me what’s gonna on and then had me waiting for an hour.

Uttler disappointed with the customer service. I was attended by Sharon, and keen on the C/GLC class series. I had a lot of enquiries, and serious on purchasing a Merc. She didn't even brief me about the specs and when I asked in depth about the OTR price, she told me to Google the car my self on their website & offered no assistance at all and she played her phone most of the time! This is my worst experience of dealing with a car sales rep.
