Friendly and efficient staffs save for the one taking care of the photostat machine who is reluctant to give out information on documents required for the visa application. Documents needed for tourism purpose including copy of passport’s first page, Itinerary (ticket and or accommodation booking) and 2 color passport photograph with white background. Level 5 is to apply whereas level 6 is for collection. Photostat service is available at RM0.50/piece. Multiple entries for a year is for business purpose (with proof) whereas tourism purpose the most can get multiple entries for 6 months.

Very busy visa center. Make an appointment in advance to save at least 30 mins for a morning visit. We got there at 08:33 for 09:00 opening. 50 people already queuing! The back of the queue snakes around the corridors and out the emergency stairs! Because we made an appointment in advance, when the doors opened they called anyone with an appointment to go upfront, so we did, saving 50 places in the queue and getting documents rebooted and submission appointment #1! This meant at 09:00 we were the first people called to the counter. Fingers crossed.

Finally submitted our China visa application just now...need to make online appointment in order to cut queue. Settled in 30 min. Last week came and realised that appointment can be made online the queue was sooooo long, from 5th floor to 8th floor... And the main counter to issue the waiting number only 2 person (one for appointment and one for public)...imagine one person might bring more than one application, so there are lots of checking to be made in order to get the number....i think they seriously need to improve how things work there.. After get number, there are many counters, more than 5.. Pity those ppl queueing at the stairs... If wanna save the hassle, pay more to agent to do it...

The service here is very efficient. Make an appointment before you come and straight away go to the customer service. No need to queue up. Application form, air ticket, photocopy of passport and 2 passport photos of specific size. If you take LRT, you may proceed to KLCC station and take the Avenue K exit. The Visa office is in the appartment-style building called Hemisphere. Opposite the Tokyo Marin. For individual, proceed to level 5. For collection and travel agent, you may proceed to level 6.You

The location tagging is a bit out of the actual location. Anyway, it's really superb fast service.. The Embassy is in the Hampshire Place building level 5 and park your car at underground carpark. Need photocopy of passport, color passport photo, flight ticket copy and fill up the form on site. There are pay service for photography, photocopy and internet for print out ticket.

Been to a few embassies for my visa application. This is easily the most efficient one. Orderly and customer centred service.
