Waiting area can use improvement... Service is horrible. Waited a day for my car (from morning 9am till 4pm). I had some malfunctioning parts and wanted the tech to check. but they said that checking it will require another day! I said will come back another time... Please improve the efficiency of your services or expand branches.

Horrible experience & Observed lake of technical knowledge to check the entire car . They simply gave the report based on my assumptions & asking to replace the parts accordingly . Worst experience I faced when I service my car strictly not recommended .

Much, muchhh nicer than the Waiting Area that I'm used to in Ipoh. Also, they have a range of service conveniences including the fact that you can send your car the evening / night before and so a morning pick up the day after. You can also arrange to leave your car here without worries as the security looks to be rock solid. Definitely my favourite service centre for Hyundai from now on, despite the fact it's about 70KMs away from my house in total, ha ha ha...

Not a fun branch to test drive the cars due to the heavy traffic on OKR, and because of that getting there is another challenge. Visit in the mornings highly recommended.
