Long waiting, no follow up, watch broken again after few weeks later from repair.

I visited the centre at Empire Towers Subang Jaya on Sunday, Nov 3, 2019 at around 4:30 pm with the intention to service my Swiss watch. I pushed the door open and expected at least a smile or welcome greeting from the only guy sitting at the counter. In fact, I was expecting something like "Sir, is there anything that I help you" Instead, the guy put up a stern look at me and I politely asked him whether I can have my Swiss watch to be serviced here. He replied me in a very unfriendly tone that, I have to leave the watch behind for 10 to 14 days for diagnosis which cost RM50 before able to provide the cost for the service. The reply given must be according to the guidelines provided by the company which is acceptable. However, from customer service point of view, the guy was not properly trained for the job. He was not tactful and did not display positive attitude including his body language. I felt being rejected and nicely said thank you to him and walked away.
