Expect the unexpected. That should be their motto. Because of their skills & experience, when you think that everything is perfect, they managed to find even the smallest defects at your brand new home. Inspectors were very skillful & manage to explain every detail of the defects that they found. They even recommend on how should the developer do to fix the defect. Pricewise, it may not be the cheapest in the market, but they're not the most expensive. Why pay so little just to get unsatisfactory service. Just spend a little bit more, coz it's worth every penny spent. Would recommend the team to my neighbours, friends and family. I would definitely use your service in the future.

The staff even took the liberty to explain on the defects, how it happened, and how the developer can fix it.
