A lot of courts... but it will be nicer if can provide surau, easier to perform solat maghrib after playing badminton as we join from 6-8pm...

A bit tight the spacing... Compared to bubble in Segar Perdana.. No enforcement on smoking and vaping.. Health and sports complex but need to hidu all the smoking and vaping...

The Challenger Sports Centre... what a hidden little gem! Having been on the road travelling for a few months, an alcohol fuelled christmas now solidly in the rear view mirror and a beer gut that was petruding somewhat it was time to find a gym near where I was staying at Bamboo Village. The Challenger Sports Centre has an incredibly well furnished gym, with a vast array of resistance machines, free weights and aerobic machines. No AC, but a lot if ceiling fans, being the warm blooded northern european that I am I was sweating a lot, but the locals seemed to cope just fine. Half decent toilet toilet/shower facilities meant I could clean up after my work out and hop on the MRT straight into KL after. Protein shakes, both lean and bulk were availible for purchase at a reasonible price from the reception after my workout. These guys need to update their web & social media presence, their facilities were as good as being at home in London, but it took a lot of searching online for them to appear, and their website looks like its straight out of the 56k dial up modem era. Going a great job guys, start shouting about it now!
