Super poor customer services, initially don't believe from previous reviews, today experienced and I believed. Really bad comments to the Malay auntie sit at the first row first column after entering from main entrance. I buy RM5 sayur at pasar, the seller even can give nicer services than her! Omg, I can't believe I get such services after I spend few hundred thousand, sigh! The reason I posted this is because I not even get a "sorry" from her when I stepped out from there after 1 hour. Terrible services, poor services, lausy attitude, no quality! And I believed I'm not the last one..... Come comments who else experienced this....

Bad project reputation.. low quality of house finishing and workmanship. Too many defect in new houses.. too many cut budget.. You should very very aware buying house from this developer..

Price not cheap, my first impression when I walk in is there is no one take the initiative to service me unless I ask for someone. Even when I ask for someone, everyone just looked at me like I'm a bagger.
