People come over this place just to eat the seafood especially the fresh water prawn. This is one of the more popular restaurant. The price of the seafood is by its weight. Ordered the kam heong and steamed prawns. Really taste good due to the freshness. Price are reasonable and worth a trip here.

Tanjung Tualang is famous with their fresh water prawns. If you check on google map, Tanjung Tualang is literally surrounded by hundreds if not thousands of abandoned tin mining ponds which now are used for farming big head fresh water prawns. There are a couple of restaurants here serving this delicacy and I visited Lung Seng. We ordered fried prawns in soy sauce, steamed prawns in egg white, cuttlefish and Paku vege in home made sauce, fried garlic lala and fried rice. The prawns are fresh and sweet, bouncy and firm. The prawns head are extremely flavorful. Love the soy sauce way of cooking as saltiness and sweetness of prawns mix together well. The steamed prawns was really great with a good aroma of Chinese wine. The appetizer cuttlefish with paku vege is another surprise. Usually go with Kang Kong, Lung Seng serves the cuttlefish with Paku vege which is more crunchy. The home made sauce is great with lots of peanuts and not so sweet. The lala was thick and fresh. Were tempted to order one more soy sauce prawns but we were just too full. Very satisfying meal indeed and wish I could return soon in near future.

This seafood restaurant is the best in Tualang town. Especially the Dry XO prawns and the steam fish. Salty egg crabs also is one of its best. Your taste might be different than mine. I personally recommended this restaurant. Price wise, depends on the local market price. Overall is fair and food is good as I have been here many times.

Reasonable price, per dish about rm20, signature prawn around rm60 (600g) - depends on size, for me the dishes are just nice and simple. No menu, but they will recommend/suggest for you. Staff are attentive.
