A very nice housing estate to stay. Quiet enviroment, clean air. Surrounded by paddy fields and not far from Arau Town or Kangar. Night was cold and hot during the day. A good place to rest for a change after living a hectic life in big city. Food is nice and affordable. Not far from University of Perlis (UniMap) Malaysia as well as University of Technology Mara Arau Campus. A good place to settle down.

Not a bad location for new developed resident area. Located in-between Kangar and Arau. Spacious and quiet place. This housing area is recommended for those looking for a house to call home. Perlis is a nice place to settle down and start a family.
