Had very bad experience here, sending my maid for rekalibrasi pulang. The officers are not treating people like mankind! The people was queing n standing for more than 2 hours, the line was not straight and the officer just getting mad, shouted at everyone including me! I was waiting there due to some system error but he had no respect n being rude! They chased away foreigners like beggars without explaining why..i was traumatized with the situation that i saw and felt like i was not in malaysia. Too bad..really bad.
