Very good ..many itam

Very large space with wide varieties of each items. You could get lost in it and lose your mind at the same time. Clean store but not very neat and tidy. Not many staffs available so at certain sections, it's messy from customers rummaging.

Dear management , kindly train your staff to be kind with customer. I went to diy ts around 5.30 pm looking for curtain... at the same time i hold plastic bag from kamdar (also got curtain that i just bought). As i looking around the curtain there to find the curtain that can match with the one i bought from kamdar, come this one lady (ur staff), told me that i cant bring the outside plastic and it needs to be tied... i am ok with it.. and then she said, a few days ago somebody tried to steal the curtain and that's why they not allowed any outside plastic.... seriously??? do i look like a thief??? and i replied, dont worry i dont want to steal anything, i'm just looking for the curtain that can match with the one in plastic bag... instead of saying sorry, she tried to defend her action! for me this is very rude.. i dont mind if she told me the rules... that's it... i dont know this rules applied in diy ts because i can freely bring the outside plastic in others branch... a while after that she comes to me again and say sorry... dear lady, be nice to your customer... you're nobody... so if you cant respect the people older than you , at least show some respect to the customer! tq
