Brought my mom here to seek treatment because of her back pain and it's one of the most unprofessional experience I've ever seen. 1. The 'doctor' never even ask about the patient's medical background and proceed to prescribed an unknown powder form medicine. 2. The 'doctor' straight away perform acupuncture on my mom's back without thoroughly investigate the possible cause of her back pain. 3. The 'doctor' said he won't do the acupuncture on the legs due to edema, but later on, he decided to do it without telling us. 4. The 'doctor' set a timer for 20 minutes, and left to attend other patients. He came back to remove the needles 15 minutes late. So what's the point of the timer? 5. The 'doctor' left a needle on my mom's leg. I had to tell him to remove it! 6. When asked what's in the powdered medicine, they couldn't answer and point randomly at the plastic bag that basically didn't say anything. 7. No official receipt was given, I had to ask for it. Oh, and the acupuncture process was painful too! I saw how rough the 'doctor' was and every time a needle went in, my mom winces in pain. I seriously don't recommend coming here.
