Sent my schnauzer for grooming. I said I want schnauzer cut but they cut all botak. Never mind I still okay. They ask me to fetch my princess at 7pm but otw (traffic) go to fetch my fur daughter the lady call me rush me ask me to come take my schnauzer bc they want to close shop already. I said if u cannot wait for me u just put my daughter on boarding tomorrow also I can fetch. The lady scold me “why didn’t tell earlier want to boarding!!” If me as a human also can kena scold, how about my liltle dog? The next day I faster2 fetch my daughter and never visit this shop again. Terrible experience
