I went there to buy spare parts but instead i was given number under inquiry. I asked the person sitting in customer service why is buying parts under inquiry. She didnt answer resulted me into 2 and half hours wait. So i was wondering why aftermarket and counter feit spare parts are doing well because they are cheap and no waiting time and good service Very bad management and the attitude u tunggu la dulu is still there. Surely My last visit to this centre

Call straight 4days in row, twice in morning between 9 10 , again 2 3 pm ..but nobody answer. How do i want to make appointment for service? Other than that should be OK.

Very systematic SOP for social distancing. Call to make appointment first, i could only book a slot 2 weeks after. Only one person can enter for each car. Good customer service, quick service.

This is second time perodua sc sg petani denied guarantee part replacement for my perodua myvi.1st time(sept 2020)i have to pay 500 ringgit for car battery malfunction in the middle of the main road.second time is about rear absober oil leaking(both side) also perodua s/c sp denied a guarantee replacement.the reason that perodua s/c sp give to me is i'am using this car as a grab car..for me the reason is not acceptable..i bought the car on july 2019.How to associate this damaged battery due to grab car using.(LOW QUALITY OF SPAREPART).For those who are interested to buy perodua product as a grab car, better buy another brand .They try to ascape and find the reason to every customer who came to replace part which under guarantee,many buyers dont know how to make a complaiint.At first time salesman comfirm not efect any guarantee,when we go to service also no issue even ehailing sticker in on the w/s front and rear.when we claim under pdua guarantèe part replacement then they will tell u that your guarantee wás void due to using as grab car(ehailing).So please tell all your sales person to tell the truth and dont lie to buyers.
