I ordered the meal similar like poke bowl (small bowl) which I can pick my own dishes. There are sufficient choices to make my own healthy bowl, and the dish really satisfies me because it tastes so good! As for price, this is really affordable for students like me who wanted to find organic and natural food. Not to forget about the nice relaxed environment and the friendly people here who had helped and chatted with us when my friend and I first explored this place. Will definitely come back for a second meal with my peers :D

Hidden Gems for healthy food and good activities in Sunway University. "Spargo Eats" an incredible restaurant which located on Ground floor, Sunway FutureX Farm. Don't miss free farm tour which start at 1pm. Just only 30 mins tour but you will love it!!
Was able to tried their salted egg chicken for a cheap price since all of it is organic. Their brown rice is phenomenal and it didn't give the typical texture that brown rich had, the taste of their brown rice is exactly like white rice. The portion of the chicken is really generous and once mixed with the salted egg yolk sauce the taste of the chicken and the sauce blend together like bead and butter. Smooth texture and the chicken is easy to chew. Definitely worth the price. There's also some broccoli which is a plus for me.
This restaurant has many options of dish and they all are made natural. People who work are very friendly and kind to take care of us. They also explained how they're growing these natural vegetables.
Having being situated right above Spargoeats, I truly enjoy the healthy options they provide as it is not easy to get these meals elsewhere. Their menu is more than sufficient for me and it's one of the better tasting healthy meals I've had. Price wise is decent too if I were to compare with others than I have to order through delivery apps. I'm personally looking forward to seeing them continue to grow and improve because there's a lot of potential here. Kudos to the team behind it as they have been constantly working throughout the clock (something that I can see since my office is just above their cafe).
I had the Asian pesto pasta and it was delicious. It was fresh and tasty for a healthy food. Will definitely come again in the future to try out their other dishes hopefully they will put more new menu items!
Best value for money if you're looking for organic and healthy meal! The portion of the food was more than enough and it tastes extremely good! I will definitely come back again if im around :)
Food was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful as well! I really enjoyed my time there! Props to the team behind Spargoeats. Would definitely suggest to have a meal there if you are looking for a good healthy wholesome meal and you can even to other activities there as well with a free farm your by Sunway FutureX Farm!
