Bad customer service. Shame. Ordered an item since November 2020, said it would arrive on January. But item never arrived. Now its March 2021. The clerk we communicated with (Marcus) was terrible. Didnt have the common courtesy to tell us our item has not arrived. Instead only keep complaining about the shop's shipping issues and they have more customers to tend to first. Terrible place

Very very bad in customer service , did preorder an item from December 2020 , used to get on January/February . Now April incoming I still didn't got my item and when asked them , the always tell me that they dont know . A lot of cust having some problem like me .
