2 baju kurung with pleated materials were flat ironed despite the staff being informed on special care instruction i.e. to NOT IRON the pleated materials. I asked compensation for the damage, but Director of this laundry shop, Mr. Ramalan refused to do so and even demonstrated lack of empathy and being so unfair to me as a customer. He said no compensation will be given and he even said he does not want customers see this as an easy way to get cash which I did not intend to at all. I requested to exercise my right as a customer! He only agreed to refund dry cleaning cost for those baju kurung (RM25) without compensation for the damage. The pleated materials were chiffon silk with special request for pleating that cost me RM250 to get it replaced (this is without tailoring fee), which is 10x higher than dry cleaning cost. With this level of service quality and a very bad customer service experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this laundry shop at all! I hope the director will learn a hard lesson!
