This company offer an affordable price for umrah.. Tq shahmie travel & tour.. Once i settle my umrah package with this travel agent, i will give a review here again.. Hope to get a good mutawwif during our umrah..
Staffs are responsive and responsible. However inaccurate information given to customers leading to few hassles (which is preventable) and was asked to add extra rm 1k for each person ( total 3 adults, 1 child) if still want to proceed with same flight ticket . I was informed that there is sudden change in flight tickets by airlines 30minutes after i already paid the previous amount informed. Im not happy with what has happened. Since i have paid with credit card, i didnt get full refund eventhough this is not my mistakes. I have to bear rm 280 charges for the 2% credit card charges. Overall im not happy with the services and experience.
