At the beginning of the establishment, KonUiTM act as consultant to members UiTM alumni especially entrepreneurs for giving professional advice on entrepreneurship and business towards better. Therefore, KonUiTM has plans to develop a business incubator especially for members of the alumni. The existence of this facility was able to bring members of the alumni step forward in the field of entrepreneurship and business. KonUiTM also act as main developer in the construction of residential, commercial and public, joint ventures with other companies in order to develop residential, commercial and public can develop a more organized and systematic.
