Pekerja dia sgt helpful in explaining the room however it is way too an expensive esp as a student to rent it. One room for 700. So one room got 2 beds which mean u share it with your friends. Let say if u didn't have friends then u gonna pay 700 alone. Deposit same with the rent and minimum for rent is 3 month which mean rm700(deposit) RM 7003(room) rm2800...monthly rm700 is included everything ultilies expect wifi. Got no wifi in your room!!

Single Room : 1 Room’s rent in the old block is 700RM, wont recommend sharing even though rent gets split. You have to share bathrooms and a kitchen. Basic furniture like bed and cupboard and reading table with chair is provided. No AC, No hot shower. Studio Apartments : If you can afford go for the studio apartments, rent is 1200RM. You get your own bathroom and kitchen, equipped with modern furniture and the studio apartment block is very well maintained, but you must book early for those.
Good place for UPM students. Service is not that promising and pricey for small apartments. If you get a housemate to share then its fine. Nature around and quite place. I like it

There is No internet,No sufficient restaurants that could maintain students live in the hostel. sharing rooms with high fee that some of the students couldn't afford. During raining too much pests appear.
A brand new place. Totally basic. No wastepaper basket or dustbin in sight. No mirror. Lots of mosquitoes
I like: - The location is near some campuses - There is a bridge to go directly to campus - There are several open field that can be use to do sport - There is a mosque - There is a cafeteria, with food tenant, a small kiosk and automatic washing machine with dryer - Enough bathroom and toilets in each floor, which is clean (on 4th floor) I would like: - To see Sun screen in the hall way to reduce heat in the room - Air con in each room would be nice....
A better place to live.The food of the cafe is always served fresh.The apartments are very comfortable to live in because of the open space around the building.
