Had a good deal from them . Bought two cars at same time. Introduced to many of my friends. Later quality of service dropped . Only in the beginning as many they are nice. They spoiled my car coating. Spend 4 k got a refund but they totally damaged the paint work. It stains worst than the other car.. without coating. So coating elsewhere.

Appreciate the good customer service, thanks. My Daddy bought a BMW 330e hybrid which just launch a month ago, finally the car are ready to received today, but as the car model is too new, unfortunately the car programme setting update having issue cause delay. While waiting for an afternoon till evening, anyway we are very enjoy as the showroom is very cozy and comfortable, there is mini cafe with coffee machine, cake, biscut, wifi are complimentary well serve, and even have kids zone with toys. The front desk customer relation officer Ms Christine is very kind& friendly, and our sales consultant Eliz is very patiently make used of the waiting time brief us more detail about how to use these car features so on and so forth.

Our BMW 5 Series broke down so we took it to BMW so that they could correctly diagnose the fault. However, they provided us with quotations for work amounting to over RM 40,000 without any guarantee that any of the repairs would fix the fault! From what I could see, not one of the repairs on their quotation related to the reason why our car had broken down!. They had our car for TWO MONTHS and, in the end, all they did was clean the exhaust catalyst. The bill came to RM 2,200, which we disputed and paid only RM 1,700. This garage does not care, is incompetent and dishonest. Do not trust them; they just want your money!
