I have been given Ramesh’s contact from some organisation for the help on locating live band and emcee for my wedding. I messaged Ramesh and find that his customer service is appalling. He hardly reply his messages even though he have viewed them and his only reply was that he was in a meeting which I feel, it an absolute poor customer service. He does not show any enthusiasm or interest in having any deals with a new client and due to lack of response, I find him utterly unprofessional. I have feed this back to the 3rd party who recommended him as I feel they should have not recommended his contact to me for the work that he do as I do not think he fit the same standard of work and service that I am looking for. It is not a good contact for them to have in their system however this is based on my bad experience with Ramesh. Hopefully others may have better experience with him. I can only review what I observed.

Simply poor service. Presentation seemed very disinterested. Severely lacking in enthusiasm. I am quite surprised how they are still in business. We payed the deposit 12 months in advance and we constantly had meetings with Ramesh who provided us with the worst customer service ever. He always showed up late for meetings. Ramesh often takes multiple phone calls during meetings and was very disinterested in pitching us Deco ideas. At the end of the day things didn't work out and he promised us half the deposit back. It has been 8 months since and Ramesh is not attending to our calls or msgs. I mean if you have no intention of returning any money then why promise at all. Thank you Ramesh and Gana Creation team for belittling us and treating us horribly. This company lacks honesty, please thread carefully with them. The only reason hy I am giving them one star is that Ramesh is brilliant at taking everyone for a ride.
