The only Sephora store in Kuching is located at The Spring and it does not disappoint. The skincare, makeup and tool selection is quite impressive. Staff are quite chill and helpful, only approaching when you actually ask them for help or linger at a counter too long. Otherwise, you're free to browse the products at your own leisure. The perfume selection has many high end brands like Chanel and Dior. Among the brands of makeup and skincare I spotted there are Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tarte, Fenty Beauty, MakeupForever, MAC, Nars, Fresh, Burt's Bees, Nudestix, it Cosmetics, Sunday Riley, Saturday Skin, First Aid Beauty, Clinique, Givenchy, Chanel, Urban Decay and Kat Von D. Removed one star because they didn't have RMS Beauty and Kosas. :( If you came here from the Sephora website and expected to find the same brands you saw there, I'm sorry to inform you that some stock is not available. Not many cruelty free brands either but other than that, the store is great for beauty lovers who are looking for the more popular makeup brands. :) * Also, do note that the price range is quite high! Be prepared to spend at least RM 100 and above for makeup.

the customer services really sux, the staff could not be found easily and they are not well educated with the products and they are rude and loud when they answered your lengthy questions. Felt embarrassed and humiliated! BAD!
