Before I came here I texted a staff named Rick to ask for a reservation of 5 shirts per sample. by the time I came there was none I texted him three hours before I arrived. I had to drive 40 minutes to get here. the manager even told me to disturb his staff. He told me if I wanted to buy, go straight to buy, I can't reserve first, and told me I agreed to sell to you so you should keep Quiet and buy
I got what i want easily with staff help
This is the second time I’ve been here and I have to say I really really do not like the customer service here. The sales attendants are never interested in finding you the right pair of jeans or the right size. There was one person manning the cashiers and the rest of the sales assistants were hiding in the store room. By chance if one of them does emerge, every customer in the store will try to ask them to find a size to try by which the response is to help the closest one and disappear again. I was actually ignored a couple of times and found it so frustrating to just get help. My intent was to buy a couple of pairs of jeans for my girlfriend and I, but I left with less after a frustrating search for them myself. Such a disappointing experience!!! I highly recommend going to another store or another branch and forget about this one
