can sense the care less attitude of the management entirety. I think they never change or come to their senses since day 1, and take big hat managing the entire KL Sentral parking. Parking machine only accept small notes. no RM50 no RM 100. Dear Semasa Management, If your machine cant be good enough to manage bigger notes. Is better for you to charge smaller pricing.

Most terrible service in this parking and those Semasa management staffs in P1 office would not take initiative to help customer. The machine not accept my only note and mgmt just know to tell you go kl sentral to do exchange.
Useless office service, very messy system. People pay on time, need pay more. Late payment got discount.
The worst parking machine that I have use. There is no choice I have to paid the parking at q Sentral under semasa parking management for my everyday parking, although is the pricy parking fees have to accept it. The parking machine is sucksand inconvenient, one hour Rm4, I everyday paid for Rm40-Rm45 / day. Machine cannot accept Rm50 & Rm100, I have to make sure I have enough small note to pay for the parking. The trouble is the machine can’t even can accept small note all the time, I have to tried so many time end up need to cancel it and pay at the management office. The funny things is the machine will return you back all the Rm1 note, and u need to take those small note With 40pcs of note to go up to management pay for the car park fees. I hope that you guys can upgrade your machine, either throw it .. if you would like to charge so expensive PLS do it a convenient way like KLCC.
The vending machine is problematic , only accept certain denomition of notes and keep on rejecting good notes . When it dispensed notes , all the notes will be flown away . The cashier is always out of sight , and he chose not to accept payment . He covered his window so that you can't see him . The whole empty land is full of poth holes . Emails to them fallen on deaf ear .No improvement over the years despite many complaints .I think the management is utterly poor and should be brought to task.
