Starting from registration to discharge, nothing to be satisfied especially the so called specialist doctor. The doctor is very rude when talking with patient and my family. It's almost non transparency when discussing about lab findings and a lot of delay. Eventhough the guard is not as professional as other staff, you should trained them too to have some manners. After doing some background investigation on the rude doctor, his working experience is not something to impress at all and now I understand why he acted like that.

After reading all the bad review, no wonder I also had a bad experience in this hospital. I went to this hospital maybe around July and been reviewed by their pulmonary specialist. The guy doctor was not really professional and rude when talking too. Is he really a registered doctor?

3rd time for maternity checkup at this hospital, waiting time (especially for billing) still hasn't improved after all these years. Probably the last time for us.

Alhamdulillah..we have made our good choice came to this hospital after KTS KT had transfer us to GH NurZahirah. And finally we had our operation with the nicest n humble Gyne Specialist Dr Nasir. During the stay from day 1 b4 the operation, both the 2 doctors Dr Nasir and Dr Sabri (Pakar Bius) visited my aunty (patient) brief all the procedure that need to be done b4 entering OT room. Both are very profesional soft spoken and very friendly n humble..always having cheerful n smiling face. It makes my aunty very calm positive n confident. According to my aunty, surgeon Dr Aman was good humble n soft spoken too. Overall, nurses n staff also very friendly especially Sister Saadah. We had a good nice experience stayed here n supprisingly had a good discount too on the day that we discharged since our term of payment is cash. We feel very greatful n thankful to Allah Syukur Alhamdulillah..make us all in ease. We discharge yesterday n Alhamdulillah my aunty are fine resting at home. Thank you

Environment is nice however , Dr not very friendly and not giving clear information. Dr probably from government hospital bringing gov attitude in private. Management should see and evaluate Dr to give best customer services. Satisfaction not happy!!!

Hai. Asssalamualaikum. My name is Elly Zulaikha and I ve safely delivered my baby girl with Dr. Nasir & team on 02.08.2018. I just want to show my highest gratitude to SALAM's Team for the excellent services. Walaupun tak prepare mental & emosi kena bersalin czer pada hari yg sepatutnya weekly check up, Dr. Sabri as Pakar bius sangat menenangkan ketika beliau bg briefing begitu jugak dlm OT. Same goes to pakar o&g,Dr. Nasir and his assistant nurse Kak Ya. Saya sangat selesa setiap kali dtg check up. very friendly and sangat membantu. sama juga semasa warded. thanks to all the nurses at SALAM hospital for the great hospitality. yang best nya. 9.30 pagi dtg check up, tiba² 10.45 pagi kena masuk OT, pukul 11.21 pagi baby dah keluar. huhu. begitu pantas sekali. dan Alhamdulillah disebabkan kepantasan itu, baby x sempat poo² & pee² dalam air ketuban. Thanks & lot of love from me and my husband Mohamad Azeem and our little princess Annur Alyssa. Thanks a lot to my husband as well for the bill payment. haha
