The service quality can be said as zero quality The request for service is made on Monday they should be can come on Thursday of the same week but it’s the second week already. They still don’t have anyone coming as they promised. And now they receptionist directly end the call and don’t want to solve the problem. What I can do is only report to the company gv authorisation to them I’ve given the biggest patience and waited for the time as they promised.

Good & fast service. Tak banyak songeh, just dropped off my monitor , told them the problem & eh voila, got it back a week later pall fixed!

This is an absolute terrible service center. Reported a problem about my microwave oven and it took them more than 2 weeks to visit. Then it took them close to 2 months to repair. All these despite repeated follow ups, and escalations. Now I have a problem with the refrigerator , reported last week Tuesday. As of today, they are still not here at my house. Again despite numerous calls and follow ups

Very very irresponsible. No sense of respect for customer at all. No pride in quality service. I sent in my microwave 4 months ago for repairs and still no news! So many different excuses. They never call me. When I call them to enquire pollitely, they make me feel like I am bothering them. All the certs they display on their wall are nonsense with no good customer service at all. Big mistake to go here.

Recommended service center. All kind of brands but good quality. Service my Samsung Fridge and is all done within a week. until now still good and working properly. Frontdesk is very helpful and cheerful. keep us updating!!

Called to follow up with my service appointment. CS answered the call like she didnt even bother. One week just to get them to get a technician to call me. Useless. Dont buy LG equipments if you want better quality goods
