Service so so, they can make an effort to improve, Seafood steamboat is good tasting. The mix meat grill is very light for 4 persons, you need to order more dishes.

The staff did a fraudulent charges on my debit card without me knowing. Supposed to pay around RM200 via my debit card but the staff took my card and came back telling me the transaction is unsuccessful. I didn't suspect anything at first as she didn't ask me to key in my PIN number at all. I end up paying in RM200 cash on the spot BUT two weeks later I found out my card had been charged RM82 under the restaurant name on that day. Then just I realized I not even got the receipt that day. Nothing I can do. Seriously worst-case ever! Used to be a regular customer there but their service is really lousy these days and the environment is oily and dirty. Not gonna go again!
I frequent this restaurant very regularly. And although I do agree that the service can be kinda slow, there’s been some improvement recently! I really like this place because they are very generous with their side dishes. You usually get 12-13 different types and most of them have unlimited refills! And there’s no minimum order. Even if you just order one thing (Eg. One portion of meat or one dish), you get all the side dishes for free. My sisters from KL always frequent this place whenever they are in town because of the side dishes! They say that even in KL, it’s not as good (either too little/no refills or not very tasty). I’ve eaten most of the dishes on their menu so here are some dishes I recommend: Spicy rice cake (tteokbokki), Glass noodles (japchae), Beef-rib Soup (Galbitang), Kimchi pork rib steamboat. I decided to leave a review because I would be extremely sad and disappointed if this place ends up closing down.
In Kluang, if you are looking to have some Korean food, you should not miss out on this place, especially their Kim Chi which I often buy a pack to go after my dinner. Their sweet rice drink which normally at the end of the meal is also very tasty.
The cup and cutleries was dirty, the female staff attitude not good after told her and she should replace immediately instead of keep asking us what we want order, very bad service.
The service Very very Bad. All foreigner workers. Environment is Dirty and oily. Waste of time and money. Too disappointed !!!!
