Too fast already, told him cannot come too early as my girlfriend at home is in a meeting and is busy and I'm at work but he said coming already. Then once arrived the technician told my girlfriend one thing and told me another. Ended up paying 400 ringgit just to change one sensor only, but he told me over the phone he is changing the compressor, and can't understand him at all. The guy I initially called is not the same guy who came either. Be careful dealing with these guys. Make sure you are at home and listen carefully to what they are trying to do before they do it. Better to let some of your food spoil than lose 400 bucks for no reason at all. If you're in an emergency and can spare a few hundred, then sure. But ended up paying half the price of a new fridge just to repair, ridiculous.

I inquired for your service on 28 Feb 2021. Quickly the nxt day u came right away to repair my fridge/freezer. And u did replace the broken spare part of my fridge which was the cause of not getting my fridge cold/freezing. After that we paid you in full of the amount you've asked without any hesitation. Then you gave us guarantee of 24hrs...that if the fridge still not cold after you replaced the broken part. You told us just to give you a call. But I called you many times, I messaged you with a bunch of messages but no reply at all. I even begged you to come and check my fridge again again but still no response at all. Now for the last time I beg you to come and check my fridge pls ASAP. Its been a week already but no response at all. I tried to call u how many times no answer my call.... My messages been waiting for you to read and take action with my concerns but no response at all. Sorry this is my only way that maybe u will give attention to my request. If u cannot able to to do it... The best way u to do is take out the spare part that u replaced and give back the money we paid u.. Coz anyway the spare part u replaced still no improvement, no changes, no progress until now... No cold at all. Pls give time for my concern/ issue. Thank you.
