First of all this place is wher all the cars,trucks,bus and transport go for their inspection. It is mostly busy estimated waiting time is 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Came over here after JPJ rejected which we still approach with one of staff here named Mr. Muzamin (white t-shirt) with immediate response settled down within few seconds just through by phone. Thank You Very helpful and friendly staff.

Even after arriving at the check in counter which clocked me in at 7.53am on 20th July 2020 at Puspakom Padang Jawa , Klang i was told to wait at the side to be called by the counter cashier at Lane 4. Despite being the first vehicle there i was made to wait for 40 minutes whereas all other cars after me (about seven 7 vehicles). I had go to the counter myself again after being told that the counter clerk will call me even when i said i can come back in a few minutes. Very dissapointed with the initial encounter with inefficient staff. If there was an issue,i should have been informed instead of checking me in at 7.53am. As far as i know all my documents were in order. Overall experience at Puspakom was good except for that counter issue. Pls train your staff accordingly.
