The lady who answered the phone at the medical office was very impolite, as if someone owed him a hundred and a hundred thousand, and asked him something as if he hadn't paid him. Her tone was very bad and very impolite. Can you be a nurse like this? Is it a receptionist? I don’t know whether those who gave 5 stars to the doctor or to whom, did anyone find that the person who answered the phone was very impolite? If you don’t want to do it, if you don’t want to answer the phone Don’t do it. It’s so unpleasant. Our patients come to see the doctor, not to get angry. They don’t have to pay to see the doctor. This medical clinic is considered to be very advanced, even more advanced than the private hospital in the hospital. It’s an appointment. It’s okay to ignore your dead man’s building. Please come here by yourself. You can’t make an appointment to see a doctor. It’s the first time I have seen a super-big medical clinic. When I saw less, I opened my eyes today.

Oddly Specific

No advance appointment basis allowed nor by apps, only can walk in and take queue number wait for the turn. Clinic open at 9am, but i noticed that on the day I visited, the nurse only start calling up first patient around 10. The doctor is too busy attending 2 consultation room at the same time. Even I have been called up and went into consultation room yet I still have to wait for my turn about 20mins in the room. The consultation process is very rush despite spent few hours waiting, i suggest for those who want to visit, better to prepare all questions you wanna ask in advance. The service provided is not efficient at all. Besides, the senior receptionist at frontdesk isn't helpful and impatient. I doubt why the management would putting such person with bad attitude in this job position. I clarify with the senior receptionist when can I collect my pap smear result whilst i was taking out money from my purse, going to pay her (The clinic policy only accept CASH, yes, only CASH accepted here. They don't accept cards). Her attitude & the way she answered was rude as hell. The exact reply that I got from her when I asked POLITELY, she answered rudely "You no pay yet how to have result!" That's the most useless, meanest and money minded receptionist aunty I have ever seen. Don't think i would consider this clinic again after having such terrible experience.

Golden Forest

Doctor Ng earns so much money (takes only cash and even operates a confinement center) but does not bother to change the disgusting dirty squad toilet into a sitting toilet. It’s extremely inconvenient for heavily pregnant women to get up from not to mention taking urine test for each visit. The staff and doctor have their own exclusive toilets so they probably don’t care. Other than that I also dislike how dr always push patients to buy loose supplements from him. I prefer buying from shop where I can read about the manufacturer, dosage and expiry dates. Doctor Ng himself is friendly but if you don’t ask any questions you’re out of the consultant room in 5 mins after paying hundreds because he has too many patients to see, you’re just a number to him.

Wanderlust

Dr Ng is very friendly and informative! He wont push you for unnecessary tests and treatments. Just minus one star as there was no temperature screening for all the customers.

Very professional doctor. Dr Ng stopped us from doing excessive investigation during the pregnancy. Not pushy at all with supplement or medication. Additional point, I love how Dr Ng tips and survival skills for confinement. He is so fatherly. Highly recommended!

Went there on sunday...early morning 9.30am.. Very dissapointed as the doctor never follow any queue system...and we can only see him at around 3.30pm as some "regular clients" jump queue.. Then kena ketuk 600 just to do some simple check which lasted a few minute. There is no receipt given maybe to evade tax, and no breakdown of the charges... As someone already say, should report this doctor to LHDN and maybe the ministry of health...
