Always pack with people even during pandemic outbreak! Long Q and kinda slow if it's related in buying zinger burger. Nearby Burger King also pack with people. Go buy Ramly Burger better lol

Nice place for shopping
As others have pointed out, they have long queues for placing order. The line goes outside the outlet sometimes. Understaffed, with just 1 counter operating. Burger was served cold and tasted awful. Also, not many food options so had to eat here.
Very nice and thoughtful staff, they got me a complimentary drink while I was waiting for my food being ready.It is the thoughtfulness that matters.Not anything complimentary
Terrible service. Especially workers not trained well.
Personally I do not like to visit KFC in Design Village at all. The staff is nice, but the freshness and the tastiness of the chicken is horrible. Really curious how so many franchise KFC could taste so differently /
